The Huntington University website (www.huntington.edu) and email server are offline for a scheduled outtage until 12:30 p.m. This was planned and is unrelated to this morning's earthquake. Rather, it is part of scheduled electrical power upgrades on campus. The Science Hall, Loew-Brenn Hall, and the Maintenance Building will be involved in these upgrades.
Update at 1:30 p.m.: The scheduled maintenance is complete and all systems are available.

Earthquake rattles HU campus
An earthquake in north central Indiana sent tremors through Indianapois, Huntington and Fort Wayne this morning at 7:55 a.m. Maintenance crews are checking over the campus, but there have been no reports of damage or injury at this time. Most observers say the event was noticeable, but mild.
Huntington University is observing the Christmas holiday this week. There were relatively few people on campus this morning.
